The Malacological Society of Australasia is proud to host the Molluscs 2024 Conference from 24-28 November 2024, and invite partnership opportunities for this prestigious event.

This is the first time this conference will be held in Western Australia, and the first fully in-person conference since 2018. The conference offers partners an unprecedented opportunity to establish strategic relationships with scientists, industry leaders and policymakers across all levels of universities, government and the private sector.

Molluscs are the world’s most diverse animals after insects, and have a strong presence in all habitats, including extreme environments. Many species have high economic value. Themed Molluscs on the Edge, cutting edge science
and thought-provoking discussions promise to address the challenges and prospects faced by molluscs in our changing world, with a broad range of symposia encompassing conservation (ecology and evolution, invasive species), community inclusion (citizen science), and human interactions (aquaculture, toxicology, health and disease).
